This group teaches self-calming techniques to enhance mood, physical health, and stress management. Sessions include gentle movement like Chi Gong, breath work, somatic breathing, vagus nerve exercises, Emotional Freedom Technique, chanting, and sound therapy. Each group offers different techniques and is led intuitively.
This is not an exercise group, but gentle movement is incorporated. Please wear comfortable clothing.

We are in-network with numerous insurance plans and also accept cash or card payment for services. Insurance plans vary greatly so our office will work with you to clarify coverage before you start a group. Copayments and deductibles apply to groups as they do for individual sessions.
